TIME TRACKING

Heartland's Time and Attendance system is designed with payroll efficiency in mind. Employees can easily track their time on their mobile devices, which syncs seamlessly with payroll systems to ensure accurate reporting. The app also includes compliance features to help employers stay up-to-date with local labor laws. Additional time tracking features such as GPS for timesheets, real-time exception notifications to supervisors, and tracking of paid/unpaid breaks and tips are included to ensure precise and timely payment for employees.

EMPLOYEE SELF-SERVICE

Heartland's Employee Self-Service feature allows employees to conveniently manage their employment information on their mobile devices. This includes accessing W-2 documents, controlling direct deposit information, making changes to tax deductions/withholdings, and updating address information.

MANAGE YOUR SCHEDULE

The scheduling software provided by Heartland makes it effortless for supervisors to create and manage employee schedules. They can simply drag and drop shifts into open time slots to get started. With real-time notifications, any new shift publication or changes made to the schedule will be immediately communicated to the entire team.

REQUEST TIME-OFF

Employees can easily request time-off directly from their mobile devices. Managers are able to monitor employee availability in real-time and approve or reject requests accordingly.
